Terms of Use

House rules of the exchange. A permissionless DEX has no help desk. These terms describe what that practically means for anyone who uses Saturn — to browse, to trade, to provide liquidity, or to create a token.

1. Open access

Saturn is a permissionless, non-custodial decentralized exchange built on the Phantasma blockchain. Anyone with a compatible wallet may use it. There is no signup, no account, no KYC, no review, no moderation, and no gatekeeper. The only friction is the on-chain gas and protocol fees charged by the smart contracts themselves.

2. At your own risk

Everything you do here happens directly against public smart contracts. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your fees, your slippage settings, and your actions. If you sign a transaction, that transaction is yours. If you swap, add liquidity, or create a token, that action is yours. We cannot reverse it, refund it, or rescue you from it.

3. Non-custodial and permanent

Saturn never takes custody of your funds and never holds your keys. Swaps, liquidity positions, and token creations are settled on-chain and are irreversible. A token you create is inscribed onto the chain — there is no edit, no delete, and no admin override, not by the contract operator, not by us, not by anyone.

4. You own what you create — and you are responsible for it

Tokens you create or launch — their names, symbols, descriptions, icons, and supply — are yours, and you alone are responsible for them. By creating a token you affirm that you have the right to publish what you publish, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it does not violate any law applicable to you where you live.

Anything you write to the chain is public, permanent, and freely readable, quotable, and mirrorable by anyone — because the chain is already doing exactly that, automatically and forever.

5. No liability

Saturn is provided AS IS, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, contributors, and hosts of the Saturn frontend, the smart contracts it interacts with, and any related software are not liable for:

  • any token, pool, or content created by other users, including anything you find objectionable, fraudulent, a scam, a "rug pull," worthless, infringing, or illegal;
  • any loss of funds, tokens, access, time, or reputation arising from your use of the exchange, including impermanent loss, slippage, failed transactions, or adverse price movement;
  • any bug, exploit, downtime, or unintended behaviour in the smart contracts, the frontend, the Phantasma node software, or any wallet you connect;
  • any consequence — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — of using or relying on anything you find here.

Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with Saturn is to stop using it.

6. Not financial advice

Nothing on Saturn is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices and listings are generated from on-chain activity, not from us. Tokens created on a permissionless exchange may be worthless or malicious. Do your own research before you trade.

7. No takedowns

There is no removal request, no abuse channel, and no escalation that can alter the chain. Once a token or pool exists on-chain, it exists on-chain. If something concerns you, the recourse is simple: do not trade it and do not interact with it.

This frontend may, at the operator's sole discretion, omit individual tokens or pools from its own listings — but that is a cosmetic filter on one website. The underlying records on the chain are unaffected and remain readable by every other frontend, RPC node, and explorer.

8. Network and wallets are third parties

The Phantasma chain itself, every wallet you connect (Poltergeist, Ecto, or any other), and every RPC endpoint you talk to are operated by third parties. We do not endorse, control, or vouch for any of them. We never have access to your private keys. We never will.

9. Acceptance

Using Saturn — by opening this site, by browsing, by trading, or by creating a token — is itself an acknowledgement of these terms. If any of the above is not acceptable to you, please close the tab and do not use Saturn.

10. Changes

These terms may be revised. The on-chain record cannot be. Continuing to use Saturn after a revision is your renewed acceptance.
